Where does your love for archival fashion come from?
Selfishly, a lot of my love for archiving comes from fulfilling my childhood and adolescent wish lists of things that were not accessible to me, then but sometimes are now!
What are your top 3 go-to brands for the party season?
For the party season you can't really go wrong with Roberto Cavalli, Jean Paul Gaultier, or (specifically vintage) Dolce & Gabbana.
Can you tell us your most memorable story from one of your listed items on By Rotation?
It simply has to be the Roberto Cavalli dress that I styled one of this generation's super models, Alex Consani, in for her 21st birthday!
Who are the most notable style icons that you have dressed?
Well… I've dressed a lot of people! Some of my favourite Gabriel Held Vintage looks have been worn by Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid, and Lil' Kim.
If you were to host the ultimate dinner, who would be at the table, dead or alive?
If I were to have the ultimate dinner party, it would include Wendy Williams, Sarah Jessica Parker, Isaac Mizrahi, Mariah Carey and any other iconic New Yorkers who want to join.
