We spoke to Molly, co-founder of communications agency, WDW Entertainment who specialise in all things entertainment (Film, TV, Theatre and Games) about all things fashion, career advice and lockdown guilty pleasures!
First thing you do in the morning?
Go for a long walk in the park with by husband. It’s become our morning ritual during lockdown and I want to try and keep it as we start going back to normal life, as its the best way to start the day.
Best advice you've ever received?
In life - believe in yourself and know your worth.
In work - build an amazing team. Empower, support and build up those around you. Listen and learn from everyone you work with, every single day. Hire people who are better than you and will teach you new things. Don’t be afraid to challenge those around you and be prepared to be challenged. Be kind. Communicate!
Favourite item in your closet?
My wedding dress. I had been hunting for a dress with not much success and finally found it at William Vintage. I totally fell in love and it also fit perfectly, so it really felt like it was meant to be. I wish I could wear it again. It’s on By Rotation, so she can continue her life as a wedding dress and hopefully bring other people as much joy as she did to me on my wedding day.

Guilty pleasure during lockdown?
On the food and drink side - @FoodSlut DIY burger kits, in partnership with @Spook. They have been our indulgent lockdown treat. They are also now delivering the most amazing DIY cocktail kits too!
I have also loved vintage treasure hunting on instagram during lockdown. My favourites are - @cccreativewardrobe and @StrangeMoonVintage. Some items might be appearing on my By Rotation soon :-)
