Tell us a little about yourself...
I work in marketing so you can usually find me getting work done at a cute coffee shop (espresso tonics are my ritual), or enjoying the beach and playing sand volleyball when I’m not working! I’m that friend who gets their closet raided by everyone when they need something to wear so By Rotation was the perfect match for me.
Your favourite thing to do on the weekend in Hawaii?
The weather is one of the most amazing perks of living in Hawaii (always 82 and sunny). So on the weekends we love to be outside as much as possible. Sundays are the best because I go for a short run to the beach when I wake up to meditate and it just puts you in the best mindset. Then me and my boyfriend will walk over to the farmers market and grab our favorite green juice and produce for the week! If you don't visit a farmers market while you're in Hawaii you're missing out!
Do you have any special memories of sending a rental from Hawaii?
One of the girls wanted to rent a dress I had for a trip but the dates overlapped by a day so she ended up renting another item from my closet instead. I found out her trip was to Hawaii (where I live) so I surprised her and had the dress she wanted delivered to the hotel she was staying at while she was there! I loved that dress and knew she would love wearing it so I was happy I was able to get it to her!
Your must-visit spot, when someone is visiting for the first time?
Kauai - You have to make the trip to Napali Coast. The boat tour is WELL worth the money and the most breathtaking experience - Dolphins swimming alongside your boat, snorkeling with thousands of fish/turtles, and the most incredible views. Even if you are staying on another island, island hopping for the day is so fun!
Your Top 3 Favourite Spots
Coffee - Konos Coffee Proveyors in downtown waikiki - Best pastries and coffee I have EVER had
Lunch - Leahi Health, Surfers Bowl and Jamaican Mojito smoothie are my go to.
Bar - The Laylow. Such a good rooftop spot with a very good instagram worthy aesthetic!
Where to stay?
If you are staying in Oahu, HI and want the resort feel then I would recommend staying on the west side at ko olina hotels. They have the lagoons and the sun sets right on the water on that side!
Your favourite thing about the By Rotation Community so far?
I love how you have access to dresses that are no longer being sold online or are sold out. I used to spend HOURS online trying to find a dress that was sold out, but with By Rotation I have had so much more luck finding those sold out looks! AND for less!
